All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
STANDARD PARCEL - We offer Standard Parcel shipping on most items within the Continental Unites States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or anyone outside of the country). Please ensure that your shipping address, including information, is correct and complete at the time of purchase. If the shipping information is not correct and the package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible to update the information before the order is shipped. We require a signature upon delivery, please be available to sign for your package at the time of delivery or make arrangements with the carrier in advance.

IN HOME DELIVERY - A $100 surcharge fee is applied to all items that qualify for In Home Delivery (White Glove) upon checkout. You will receive a quote via email within 2-3 business days of purchase. We will only ship your order once the In Home Delivery quote is paid for. Delivery times and estimates are not guaranteed. While we aim to deliver within the provided timeframes, outside factors like weather, holidays, or third-party carrier delays may affect delivery schedules.
SELF-ARRANGED SHIPPING - You will receive an email with the Shipping Release Form after placing your order. We are by appointment only, please have your designated shipper schedule a pickup within 45 days of the sale. If it's not picked up within 45 days, you will be refunded the full amount minus a 25% Restocking Fee.
IN-STORE PICKUP - We are available by appointment only. Please schedule a pickup appointment below or email us at info@thetastemakershoppe.com with your Name & Order#. Any orders not picked up within 45 days of the sale will be refunded the full amount minus a 25% Restocking Fee.
